Day 7 - Wednesday June 1st
Zion National Park, UT -
Zion is a cool park, but I didn't have time to do any hiking which
is where you see the really cool stuff.
I got there pretty late in the day, so after the
sun went down, I got a cool picture that I've been wanting to try
for a while. A clear sky made it a good night to test this
kind of shot. It's a 12-minute exposure, showing the rotation
of the earth in relation to the stars. I set the shutter to
open, then laid back on a park bench and waited, and I think the
result is pretty cool.
